Dollar Tree Coming to San Juan Capistrano
About a mile away from Capo Beach's outlet, starting Aug. 3, you won't have to leave the city.
Ready for more bargain-basement shopping?
Dollar Tree, which only had two outlets in South Orange County, is opening a third in San Juan Capistrano.
The closest, about a block outside of San Juan in Capistrano Beach, will not be closing, according to a corporate spokeswoman. Another Dollar Tree is in Mission Viejo.

“We’re incredibly excited that the company continues to grow,” said Dollar Tree's Shelly Davis.
The 8,000-square-foot store on Del Obispo Street between Rite Aid and Marshall's is expected to open Aug. 3 and will employ 12-15 permanent, mostly part-time employees, Davis said.
