Date Night - Romantic Italy
Bring your special someone and enjoy a romantic evening as you create a sumptuous Italian dinner. Together you will discover a wonderful culture renowned for its rustic yet refined cuisine. We will teach you how to incorporate simple ingredients to produce incredible, authentic flavors. Antipasto kebabs; salad of roasted pears chèvre and arugula; a risotto timbale with Italian sausage, tomato and parmesan; and tiramisu parfaits. Friday, Jan. 18, 7 - 10 p.m. $59 per person.
