In an effort to give back and raise money to help fund research for new treatments for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases, Relay Fitness Group, a leading developer of innovative fitness equipment and creator of the revolutionary Evo Fitness Bike, is partnering with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for a one-day “Workout for St. Jude” event. On Oct. 5, Relay Fitness Group is hosting a day of Evo Fitness Bike indoor cycling classes at its Costa Mesa headquarters with the goal of raising $1,500 for charity. Each class session will be conducted on the Evo Fitness Bike, an innovative indoor cycle designed to capture the natural feeling of a road bike while engaging the core in a full-body workout, and led by Relay Fitness Group expert trainers and two-time Ironman Jack Nunn. Sessions will run for 45 minutes and begin at 10:00am. The sessions are open to OC community members and can be purchased for $20. All proceeds will be donated to St. Jude’s.
