The Patch team invites you to STAND UP for Goodwill! Simply put, take some time this Thursday to support your local Goodwill chapter. More specifically, the Patch team will be hitting the water with donations for Goodwill by committing to at least $20 in cash or donations. We're taking one lap around Dana Point harbor on the Stand Up-Paddle boards to "STAND UP for Goodwill" and then we're dropping off our donations.

The Patch Southern California team participates in five Give5 Days each year. Giving Back; You can’t truly serve a community unless you provide the help it needs most, which is why giving back is so important to us. We do it as part of our coverage — in a dedicated space that lets local charities and volunteers find each other — and with a program called “Give 5,” through which we donate free advertising space to charitable organizations and contribute our own time as volunteers.
