Summer Kids Yoga Camp @ Sun Salute Yoga

Limited to 12 campers. ages 5-12 Mon-Fri includes journal, snacks & crafts plus fun learning of children's yoga.  Building self-confidence, mindfulness, strong bodies & minds; campers will experience games like down dog tunnel, lizard on a rock, tea ceremony & other fun poses. Camp director Claire Nightingale, RYT (kids yoga specialty certified instuctor) will have 1-2 assistants at all times. We will have outdoor time at LaPlaza Park & experience circle time, pose of the day, crafts, songs, relaxation & picture journaling.  We will have a graduation ceremony & each child will receive a diploma plus their own album so that they can continue their yoga practice with their parent at home.
