Call Center operators will be available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 5pm.

Effective March 25, Orange County Community Services will expand call center hours to meet the needs of seniors, veterans, business owners and the unemployed impacted by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. Call Center operators will be available to take calls Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please call (714) 480-6450 to speak to a resource professional. The Call Center has translation services available in over 200 languages.
