Green Feast 2015

Local chefs, organic farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and vintners will delight eco-supporters with four-course outdoor dinner!

From all over Southern and Central California, organic farmers, ranchers, wine makers and renowned chefs will contribute their expertise and their foods to serve up The Ecology Center’s seventh annual Green Feast.

Green Feast raises funds for educational programs at the South Orange County non-profit. Founded by Evan Marks, the six-year-old learning facility offers programs for school children, families and adults interested in learning about practical environmental solutions.

The Feast will take place at The Ecology Center, a historic property surrounded by rolling hills. The evening begins with a stroll through our gardens, where guests will taste a variety of appetizers freshly prepared by local chefs. As the sun sets, a four-course dinner will follow, served on long tables dressed in white linens and candles, set up communal-style. The evening culminates in a lively auction to raise donations for The Ecology Center’s educational programming.

Tickets’ pre-sale to current members begins July 1, 2015 and general sale begins on July 4th, 2015. Last year, Green Feast sold out during the members pre-sale. We highly encourage you to become a member.
