If the District does not have sufficient funds to staff and fund the State’s mandated minimum core curriculum, then how is the District suppose to fund increased compensation for employees?

The District has an obligation to ask for more funding from the State. CUEA should join that cause. CUEA should not ask CUSD to cut more programs and increase class sizes to pay for raises.
