Traffic is slowed considerably on the southbound I-5 freeway at Ortega Highway because of a jackknifed big rig truck blocking the carpool lane, according to the city of San Juan Capistrano. Officials advise that you use an alternate route, if possible. Traffic is also slowing northbound from Camino Capistrano to Ortega Highway. The California Highway Patrol says there were no injuries in the incident.
