Recently the MBS eighth grade spent three days and two nights at The Pali Institute. Pali is an outdoor education facility situated in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains, minutes from Lake Arrowhead. While there the students engage in group cooperation and teambuilding activities and gain essential interpersonal skills to help them throughout their lives. When asked upon their return to share their thoughts about Pali the 8th graders reflected “Pali was the experience of a lifetime”, “Pali was a moment of my life I will never forget.” Favorite moments were ziplining and the ropes course. One 8th grader shared that “the class as a whole got closer by learning about leadership and how to include everyone and value each others' opinions.”
