MemorialCare Medical Group-San Juan Capistrano Moves to New Location

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. – In its continued efforts to enhance the health care experience for patients, MemorialCare Medical Group, an affiliate of MemorialCare Health System with locations in Orange County and the Greater Long Beach area, has announced that MemorialCare Medical Group-San Juan Capistrano has moved to a new Health Center located at 31001 Rancho Viejo Road, in San Juan Capistrano.

To celebrate its new location, MemorialCare Medical Group-San Juan Capistrano is inviting local residents to an open house on Saturday, August 22nd from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Those in attendance will receive complimentary blood pressure, pulse oximetry, and body fat/Body Mass Index (BMI) screenings, take a tour of the new office and meet its physicians, and enjoy refreshments, prizes, and a photo booth.

The brand new two-story, 25,000 square-foot-building serves as a “one-stop-shop” for the families in San Juan Capistrano and its surrounding communities. Lab, digital imaging services, and a Coumadin Clinic are available onsite. Patients have access to care focused on improving health outcomes including health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
