Patch loves reader photos! Have you sent yours? These strange clouds appeared Monday. Patch asked the NWS, who explained the strange sky.

On Monday, a reader sent a photograph of a strange atmospheric phenomenon to Patch. The clouds had what Patch fan Alicia Napier called a "tornado-looking effect."

Thanks for the photo, Alicia! Also, if you have a weather question or a picture you want to share, send it our way! Your Patch Editor would love to share it with your fellow readers.
