Parents cannot OPT OUT of gender studies in K-12

Parents with students in public school cannot opt their children out of instructions, materials, presentations, or programming that discuss gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, relationships.

Your OPT OUT is to home school or go to private school

Or you need to pressure the legislature to change the law.

California is the only state that has eliminated the right of a parent to Opt their child out of gender studies.
