Why is Planned Parenthood writing and reviewing public school curriculums?

The CA Department of Education has a separate Commission called Instructional Quality Commission (IQC) which takes the lead on developing a new framework with the passage of AB-329 and other laws that require LGBTQ+ agenda to be taught in Math, Science, History, and Health.
On January 20, 2017, the Instructional Quality Commission (IQC) took action to recommend to the State Board of Education (SBE) 20 applicants for appointment to the Health Education Curriculum Framework and Evaluation Criteria Committee (CFCC) which was approved at the March 2017 Meeting Agenda Item #15.
