Public-Private Partnerships are Destroying Orange County

School Districts own some of the most valuable land in the County. Developers and related businesses are partnering with Districts to develop property that can support high density low income housing and generate rental income to subsidize district budgets.

Do we really want unelected school board officials making these type of decisions behind closed doors? Probably not.

That is how CUSD allowed a Toll Road to be built less than 100 feet from Tesoro High School without the required protective barrier (a 10' high 3,700' long wall).
