Powerball, Superlotto Results: You Can't Win if You Don't Play

One lucky Powerball ticket holder won $1 million in Wednesday night's drawing. Was it you?

POWERBALL RESULTS: Did you play Powerball or Superlotto Plus this week? Though the jackpot was back to square one after a winning ticket was drawn a week ago, the $40 million jackpot still drew hopefuls from across the country.

One winning ticket is worth $1 million, matching five numbers without the Powerball bonus. The winner has not yet stepped forward.

Unfortunately, no winning tickets were selected in either drawing Wednesday, Sept. 21.

In the multi-state Powerball There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in tonight's drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery andthe estimated jackpot for Saturday's drawing is expected to grow to $50 million.

There was one ticket that was sold containing five numbers, but missing the Powerball number. That lucky winner came from North Carolina and is worth $1 million according to the Multi-State Lottery Association.

The numbers drawn tonight were 1, 28, 63, 67, 69 and the Powerball number was 17.

The odds of matching all five numbers and the Powerball number is 1 in about 293 million, according to the Powerball website. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 24.87.

The Powerball game is played in 44 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

SUPERLOTTO PLUS RESULTS: There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in tonight's SuperLotto Plus drawing and the estimated jackpot for Saturday's drawing will grow to $37 million. It's been 30 drawings since a winner was selected in Superlotto Plus..

There were also no tickets sold with five numbers, but missing the Mega number, according to the California Lottery.

The numbers drawn were 6, 36, 38, 41, 46 and the Mega number was 17.

The estimated jackpot would have been $36 million.

The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number is 1 in 41,416,353, according to the California Lottery.
