A winning powerball ticket was drawn in last night's Powerball drawing, in GA. No winners were selected in last night's SuperLotto drawing.

POWERBALL FRENZY IN GEORGIA: Powerball players, last night was the lucky night for one Georgia ticket purchaser.

A winning ticket matching all six numbers was sold in Georgia in last night's drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery.

Unfortunately for the rest of us, the pot in Wednesday's drawing now drops to a mere $40-million.

The next ticket prize, a ticket bearing all five numbers, minus the powerball number, was sold.

If it had, that ticket's value would have been in the neighborhood of $756,981.

9 ... 19 ... 51 ... 55 ... 63 and the Powerball number of 14

The lucky winner will receive $244 million dollars.


SUPERLOTTO JACKPOT CONTINUES TO GROW: There were no winning tickets drawn in Sunday night's SuperLotto Plus drawing, and the jackpot of $35-million remains untouched. On Wednesday, the winning jackpot prize is estimated to grow to $36-million dollars.

On Sunday, one ticket was drawn that matched five numbers, without the mega number. That ticket is estimated with a value of $42,698.

The winning SuperLotto numbers were:

16 ... 20 ... 22 ... 34 ... 41 with a Mega number of 6.
