ACSA is essentially trying to become a UNION of all the educational unions - CUEA - CSEA - Teamsters-

"ACSA is a private, professional association and, as such, reserves the right to limit participation in any of its programs or activities. ACSA does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, disability or age. However, it is the policy of ACSA to limit participation in its conferences to administrators, other individuals associated with public agencies, and others who are not representing parties with interests adverse to school districts, as determined by ACSA in its sole discretion. Whenever ACSA determines that participation would exceed its limitations, it may deny or cancel a registration for any program or activity.
