At the April 19, 2017 BOT Meeting during Trustee comments Trustee Lynn Hatton- Hodson directed Staff to look into Board Policy 9323 Bylaws of the Board MEETING CONDUCT as it applies to the BLUE CARDS and the law as it pertains to the amount of time a speaker has, as well as how other districts handle a single speaker [Dawn Urbanek].
