San Juan Capistrano Gas Prices Rise Again

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — Though gas prices remain on the rise, Orange County Costco gas remains the cheapest price around according to readers. Prices there hovered at just under $2.60 according to GasPriceWatch.com on Tuesday.

The lowest Regular gas price in San Juan Capistrano, as of Jan. 3 was $2.59 at the Costco (Membership is required for purchase) located at 33961 Doheny Park Rd, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675.

The highest Regular gas price in San Juan Capistrano was reported Jan. 2, at $3.19 per gallon of Regular unleaded gasoline at the Shell located at 26571 Junipero Serra Rd, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675.

The Orange County average price rose for the 12th consecutive day Tuesday, increasing six-tenths of a cent to $2.83. It has risen 11.8 cents over the past 12 days, including seven-tenths of a cent on Monday.

The Orange County average price is 8.6 cents more than one week ago and 12 cents higher than one month ago but 23.2 cents less than one year ago.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose Tuesday for the 12th consecutive day, increasing three-tenths of a cent to $2.828.

The average price has risen 10.9 cents over the past 12 days, including seven-tenths of a cent on Monday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 8.4 cents more than one week ago and 10.4 cents higher than one month ago but 24.2 cents less than one year ago. The national average Regular gas price remains at $2.33 per gallon of Regular unleaded gasoline.
