San Juan Capistrano's Putuidem Village Workshops Coming Soon

Workshops will educate on uses, zoning restrictions, proposed "Putuidem Village" park project, but most importantly, will you attend?

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — The City-owned Northwest Open Space (NWOS) property has been set aside for a proposed "Putuidem Village" community park project, for the Juaneno Cultural area. Now, all are invited to participate in a conversation on additional desired amenities for the site.

The land for this space, one acre, was approved three years agoby the San Juan Capistrano City Council, and the timeline for the project was originally slated at four years.

Public input received at the workshops will be presented to the City Council in summer 2019.

  • Wednesday, June 5 at 5:30 p.m., Community Center, 25925 Camino Del Avion
  • Monday, June 24 at 5:30 p.m., Community Center, 25925 Camino Del Avion
