The next installment of USA Today’s the “Best Of” contest series will be the Best Boys Lacrosse Program. There will be six schools represented in the 29 states/regions. The contest will start with 174 schools, with the overall strength of all the individual lacrosse programs as the criteria for inclusion.

There will be three rounds of voting:
Round Dates:
- First: May 13 – May 21
- Second: May 22 – May 28
- Final: May 29 – June 5
First Round – Begins at 12 p.m. (ET) May 13, 2015 and ends at 2 p.m. (ET) May 21. At the end of the first round, the top two schools in each state will advance to the second round of voting, along with the top five schools that received the highest number of votes, but did not win their state. A total of 60 schools advance to the regional round.
Second Round – Begins at 12 p.m. (ET) May 22, 2015 and ends at 2 p.m. (ET) May 28. The 56 first round winners along with the four wildcards will be placed in six groups alphabetically. The schools that receive the highest number of eligible votes from each group (one per group) will advance to the final round. The next four highest vote getters (no matter what group) will receive a wild card, and advance to the final round. Ten total schools will advance to the final round.
Final Round - Begins at 12 p.m. (ET) May 29, 2015 and ends at 2:00 p.m. (E.T.) June 5. The school that receives the highest number of eligible votes from the final voting round will be the winner.
