Across the Board Compensation increases for employees:

Teachers Contract up $10.3 million

Early Retirement Management (retire at 80%-85%- of final "Pension Spiked Pay")

Esencia promised a K-8 now they want a K-5 for 2018-19 (Broken Promise- pay the Mello Roos anyway!)
