Humm- it looks like the Tesoro Extension of the 241 was identified back in September 2016- so why is the Ranch still showing Los Patrones as a "Free" road to to Esencia buyers?

It looks like this charade has been going on since 2015!

Wouldn't a major shift in the alignment of the Tesoro Extension be a re-opener for CEQA?
