According to half the people surved in a recent realtor.com article they would! I have known several folks around the area who live in homes they claim to be haunted! Actually, 35 percent of the nearly 1,400 people who took the survey say they have lived in a haunted home!
So the question here is when you sell the home do you have to disclose this to the buyers???
