<p>SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — A wrong-way driver was headed southbound in the northbound lanes on the State Route 73 near the Catalina Toll Booth on Tuesday morning, according to California Highway Patrol.</p> <p>CHP officers responded to the report at 9:45 a.m. </p> <p>No other information was released, and no injuries or accidents were reported. </p> <p>The driver pulled over to the right side of the road, according to CHP. </p> <p><em></em></p>
