Yet Another Interesting E-mail Regarding the Toll Road

TCA was denied it's request for a 401 Wastewater Discharge permit and a year later lots its appeal- so RMV stepped in to build it Privately.

The TCA/Caltrans is paying the Ranch to build the Toll Road on "Private property".
