The event, which will take place in Historic Downtown San Leandro and has been going on since 1909, will have the parade from 10 to 11 a.m. The parade will start at the San Leandro Bart station and end near the Main Library.
Attendees can then enjoy the offerings from the festival from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
