SAN LEANDRO, CA — San Leandro resident Miyo Burnett makes gardening look easy. Her latest crop includes broccoli. The main heads are 5 to 7 inches across. And the sweet thing about Miyo — she shares her harvest with the food bank.

This savvy gardener is looking ahead, "I'm looking forward to an enriched soil for crop rotation to tomato plants here in 2023!"

Nice going, Miyo! Thank you for your photo.
