Now to work on that smile of yours, or the kids' teeth.

Run over the border to the Chabot College Dental Hygiene Clinic in Hayward. This place offers a lot of bite for the but. But remember: no plastic, cash or checks only.

Start with an oral exam for $5.00; adult full mouth x-rays for $30.00 ($45.00 for Panorex); and $20.00 to $60.00 for cleaning depending on the amount of calculus build up.

A child's cleaning is $20.00. To seal the deal you can get sealants or fluoride varnish for only $5.00 a tooth and keep the dental monsters away for a long time.

Office visits are only $25.00; and you can get hot-cold pack treatments for $10.00 if you call in advance.

Treatment is delivered by chiropractic students under the supervision of a professor so expect to have several people checking on you to make sure your diagnosis and treatment are correct.
