BREAKING: Child Stabbed At Wells Fargo Bank in San Leandro; Suspect Booking Photo Released
The child was stabbed three times and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

SAN LEANDRO, CA - A young boy was stabbed three times by a robbery suspect at a Wells Fargo Bank branch in San Leandro Monday morning, San Leandro Police report.
Police say the boy has been taken to a hospital for treatment, and will require surgery. One of the stab wounds was in the back near the neck.
According to police, a customer making a deposit at the bank was robbed.

The alleged robber, Iyona Hammond, 32, of Oakland, was arrested after fleeing the bank on foot, police say. She has been charged with robbery and attempted murder.
Police say she did not know the child.

The bank is in the 1200 block of East 14th Street.
