The San Leandro Art Association Presents a Talk by Encaustic Artist Kim Cardoso
SLAA is hosting a FREE art presentation on June 9, at the Main Hall of the First Presbyterian Church of San Leandro, 180 Estudillo Ave. At 5:30pm a half hour of socializing begins, light refreshments included. The short general meeting starts at 6:00pm and the demonstration begins at 6:30pm and lasts about an hour. Local artist, Kim Cardoso, who creates encaustic paintings, will be discussing her techniques and explaining the medium. Members will also be displaying artwork for the Artist of the Month Contest.
