For beginner rowers in the 7th - 9th grades who are interested in potentially joining our Racing Team, we offer a 2-week session to prepare them to join the team for the Spring. The emphasis is on learning, physical conditioning, teamwork, and of course fun! This is an excellent opportunity to try out the sport and learn the tools and techniques they'll need to continue rowing! At the end of two weeks, if they want to join the racing team, they will be prepared with the skills and knowledge they need!
Practices are T,W,F 4:00-6:00PM and Sat 7:30-9:30AM.
