Davis Street Family Resource Center’s RotaCare Free Acute Medical Clinic presents free back to school immunizations for uninsured children. This event is hosted by Davis Street and San Leandro Rotarians.

IMPORTANT: Clients must arrive by 1:00pm to register

Immunizations will be administered Chabot College nursing students from 2:00pm - 6:00pm
