El Portal Mexican Restaurant will be opening their doors for the first time this Friday, February 1, at 4pm at 2028 Lewelling Blvd., San Leandro in the Winsor Square Shopping Center. Will feature Baile Folklorico Dancing and a live DJ. For their opening day they will be serving Mexican Buffet for $12.99.
