Introduction to the Alexander Technique - Self Care for the Body & Mind

The Alexander Technique is a well-established method for psycho-physical re-education that has been taught worldwide over 100 years. It is a practical method for improving your balance, ease of movement and overall coordination. 
This introductory workshop, taught by certified Alexander Technique teacher Lenka Fejt, will explain how the Alexander Technique can be instrumental in reducing strain and stress, managing pain, preventing injury, and ultimately enhancing performance in both professional and everyday activities.
