Lighted Yacht Parade in San Leandro

San Leandro's Marina Lighted Boat Parade arrives the evening of December 17. A full evening of fun is planned.

Come enjoy refreshments with Santa and his elves at 5 p.m. at Mulford Point near the .

The lighted boat parade begins at 6 p.m. followed by an award ceremony hosted by the . Theme of the parade will be "A Tropical Holiday".

Award categories will be: Best Yacht Club Participation, Best Power Boat, Best Sail Boat, Best Other, Best Themed Boat and People’s Choice Award.

Those attending are invited to bring donations of non-perishable food items, new unwrapped toys for children age 8 and older and gift cards for pre-teens and teenagers.  These items will be donated to the .
