SAN LEANDRO, CA — Every gardener knows that a lot of hard work goes into making a yard beautiful and productive. Miyo Burnett shares photos from Tuesday morning of pruning and flower bed cleaning, with the payoff a rose bush covered in blooms, sugar-snap peas climbing a trellis next to the full rain barrel, and an exhausted Buddy who needed to rest in the shade following his supervisor duties.
