Officer-Involved Shooting Video Released By San Leandro Police
The shooting happened late last month.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — The San Leandro Police Department released body-worn video of an officer-involved shooting that happened on Oct. 24. The victim is white. The video is from multiple officers, including the two who fired shots. The video was released with the disclaimer, "This video is disturbing and not suitable for younger or sensitive viewers."
Police report that just before midnight, two officers in an unmarked car were parked on 137th Avenue just east of Bancroft Avenue when a silver car pulled up behind them and stopped.
The two officers got out of their car, saw a gun pointed at them, and both fired, striking the man.

From the narrative on the video, it appears that the man driving the silver car had gone out to look for a car that had followed his fiance, who had just returned home.
