Oranges, Redwood Debris Brought Down By Storm: Photos Of The Day

Debris from a redwood tree — some dead branches and others ripped away while still alive by fierce wind gusts — litter a San Leandro yard.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — There were reminders of Sunday's storm scattered across yards around the Bay Area on Monday. Miyo Burnett's redwood tree shed twigs and other debris, while her Washington Navel orange tree lost a lot of fruit. Miyo gathered it into a bucket for donation to the Davis Street Food Pantry.
