Person Severely Burned In San Leandro RV Fire

The fire spread from the RV to an adjacent home.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — One person was severely burned when an RV caught fire in San Leandro Tuesday night. That person is being treated at a hospital, according to the Alameda County Fire Department.

The RV fire caught an adjacent home on fire, on North Boulevard. "Firefighters made a quick knockdown preventing the spread of fire into the attic with no injuries to firefighters.," the department said in social media post.

An update on the victim's condition is not available.
