SAN LEANDRO, CA — Three people were arrested on suspicion of operating a brothel out of a single family home in San Leandro, the San Leandro Police Department reports.

The arrests were made last week after a member of the community told police that suspicious activity was happening at the home.

Detectives got a search warrant and found evidence of human trafficking, they say.

Police credited the community member with providing the information that put a halt to criminal activity.
