Poll: Would You Buy Facebook Shares?

Unless you've been wearing animal skins and living in a cave, you've heard of and probably used Facebook, the social network idealized in a movie.

Facebook made an initial public offering Thursday that valued its shares at $38. The IPO raised $104 billion, creating a company whose total stock is worth more than Ford and General Motors combined.

So the Wall Street elite that got first dibs on the IPO think clicks are worth more than cars.

Facebook shares surged in initial trading Friday as the masses got a chance to buy the stock.

Are these early buyers swallowing the hype or seizing the next tiger by the tail?
