SAN LEANDRO, CA — Multiple power outages in San Leandro tonight have combined to leave more than 1500 PG&amp;E customers in the dark.

PG&amp;E has assigned crews to assess the damage, but there's no estimate of when power will be restored. Tens of thousands of customers around the Bay Area have lost electricity as a storm with strong wind gusts moves through.
