Personal Training with Unlimited DEXA and VO2 Max

Custom Fit

Most training programs run on guesswork. Custom Fit replaces it with measurement. At its San Francisco studios, Personal Training and Partner Training memberships include unlimited DEXA body-composition scans and VO2 max testing — diagnostics usually sold one scan at a time or reserved for specialized clinics. Custom Fit members can test as often as they train. The reasoning is straightforward. A DEXA scan measures fat, lean muscle, and bone density with clinical precision. A VO2 max test measures the body's maximum oxygen uptake, one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular fitness and long-term health. Dos Pueblos Service Unit honored their 2016 Bronze, Silver, and Gold Award Winners on August 20, 2016 at the San Leandro Marina Park. The Silver and Bronze winners worked to stop bullying in the school, raised funds for Sulphur Creek Nature Center, and created an incidentals gifts for women escaping violence. Other troops were honored with "Super Troop," an award given to girls who attended or hosted events for other girls in the service unit. Congratulations to our local Dos Pueblos SU Girl Scouts! Alameda's 4th of July Parade is the longest in the nation with a route that spans 3.3 miles, attracting more than 150 entries and 2,500 participants.
