Oakland police said they are looking for the persons responsible for the shooting.

On Monday afternoon, Oakland Police Chief LeRonne Armstrong toured the site of that and another weekend shooting in the 1700 block of Telegraph Avenue. In a video posted on YouTube before the victim's death, Armstrong described the events that took place inside the Extravagant Grooming Lounge.

"It happened inside of a barbershop, a very sacred place where people come to be taken care of," Armstrong said. "Unfortunately, two assailants came into this business and shot multiple rounds striking a man now in grave condition."
