Lee & Associates, a large national broker-owned commercial real estate brokerage firms, has sold industrial property at 3050 Teagarden Street in San Leandro, Calif. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
“The strong tenant, desired sub market and product type made this an ideal fit for the buyer,” said Craig Hagglund of Lee & Associates Oakland who represented the private institutional buyer. “It’s very difficult to find assets of this class and strength in the market today.”
The property is situated on 11.65 acres and is 100 percent leased by UPS Ground Freight on a long-term basis. It also has approximately 8,000 square feet of office space, and a 10,000-square-foot maintenance shop.
