Stolen Dog: 'Koda' Was In A Car Stolen In San Leandro

His owners call him a sweet, senior dog. The 13-year-old Scottish Terrier needs medication. He was possibly spotted in El Cerrito.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Have you seen Koda? The 13-year-old Scottish terrier was in the back seat of his owner's car when the vehicle was stolen on Saturday, April 22. His owners have created a Facebook page to bring attention to his plight and to seek tips on his possible whereabouts.

The car was stolen from the parking lot of Marina Square Plaza at 1201 Marina Blvd. in San Leandro. The theft was reported to the San Leandro Police Deparment.

A dog matching Koda's description was spotted Monday evening in El Cerrito on Richmond Avenue, between Potrero and Gladys. The owners searched the area but didn't find him.
