Teen Charged In String Of San Leandro Robberies
A second, juvenile suspect was also arrested.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — San Leandro police arrested two people last week, including one juvenile, in connection with a series of strong-arm robberies.
Following an extensive investigation into the robberies, police identified the two suspects.
Last Thursday, police arrested 18-year-old Jamont Baldwin of Hayward and the juvenile suspect. They are suspected of committing at least four robberies in San Leandro, including two in the parking lot of the Costco
store at 1900 Davis St.

After their arrests, police found evidence that suggested the pair may have been responsible for other robberies in the area, police said.
The juvenile suspect has since been released pending further investigation, according to police.

On Monday, the Alameda County District Attorney's Office charged Baldwin with one count of robbery. He remains in custody at Santa Rita Jail, police said.
