Teen Killed In Hwy. 13 Crash ID'd
The 17-year-old died Sunday in the solo-vehicle wreck in Oakland.
OAKLAND, CA — A teenager was identified by the Alameda County coroner's bureau Thursday as the victim of a crash over the weekend in Oakland.
Luis Apolonio Portillo, 17, of Oakland, died in a crash on state Highway 13 just south of Park Boulevard on Sunday.
California Highway Patrol officers responded just after 8 p.m. and found the boy's Infiniti sedan had left the road. The boy was ejected from the car and pronounced dead there.

Speed may have played a role in the crash, CHP Lt. Justin Bradford said Monday.
